Jen Mahlum has been in the technology industry for 20 years. She started her career in Information Technology recruiting for Data Management and Staff Recruiters, a division of DCRI, where she quickly became one of the top sales people in the company. After ranking in the top 10 for the first 3 years she started working in business development for the company. She helped launch several startup companies in the Triangle, many of which are still thriving today. Jen completed her CPC certification and became a new hire trainer and continuing education trainer for the company. She also wrote for the Triangle Business Journal and the News and Observer discussing industry trends. Jen was asked to develop and manage her own division focusing on engineering and telecommunications where she became interested in the telecom industry where she remains today. Jen received a Bachelors of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from North Carolina State University in 1996. She resides in Raleigh, NC.
