CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Jennifer Chapman has over 20 years’ experience in customer service and utility/telecom project management. Her career started off as a customer service manager for US Technologies, a PBX vendor based out of Northern Virginia. There she managed the service department handling scheduling of the technicians and customers complaints that were escalated. She developed company processes for the customer service department, billing department and the technicians concerning telephone system & service installs. She moved on to become the Communications Manager at First Service Residential (then Armstrong Management Services) call center. There she developed, trained & implemented Call Center & Communication team processes resulting in a service training program & manual addressing service calls that included; disasters, construction projects, billing concerns and compliance issues. She received recognition and awards by Armstrong Management Services for her work with these projects along with certifications in Insurance & HOA Management. Jennifer has been working for Clarity Communications since 2007. Starting in customer service, Jennifer now project manages telecom installs for multiple management companies in the hospitality industry. She lives on a ranch with her husband and children in Oklahoma.
